Life is hard – we all feel it. We all know there are things we could do to feel better, but sometimes it’s hard to know what, or how. That’s where we come in! Here at the PCN we really do believe in the Five Ways to Wellbeing – Connect to Others; Stay Physically Active; Keep Learning; Help Others; Be Present. And we are starting up a whole programme of activities – from art to tai chi, yoga to crafts – to help you find your way to feeling better, mentally and physically. All of the activities are FREE and DROP-IN, run by expert tutors and teachers, and take place at locations across the city. Not only that, but once there you can chat to our PCN Staff – NHS health professionals and practitioners, from physiotherapists to pharmacists, mental health advisors to occupational therapists. If our team of specialists can’t help we can signpost to someone who can.
